We are able to supply playset fastener kits for all of our DIY playset plans. This means you can build your fort, swings, climbing walls and other playground events using our fastener packs.

Q. Why am I having trouble downloading my plans?
A. Downloading on a mobile device has shown to be problematic - Please load plans onto a desktop/laptop computer

Q. I've exceeded my number of downloads. How do I get the plans?
A. This is easy. Send an email to [email protected] and we can email the plans to you. 

Q. Do you offer a Wood Roof in your plans?
A. No, at this time we do not have a wood roof option to our plans

Q. What kits and accessories are available to order right now?
A. All Fastener Kits, Rock Wall Kit, Sandbox Covers and Canopy Tops are available right now

Q. If I place my order today, how soon will I get it?
A. Most orders will ship within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Wood products have varied delivery times.

Q. If I want to return a physical item, how do I do that?
A. When returning a undamaged physical item back to us for a refund within 30 days of purchase, you will incur a 25% restocking fee and be required to email us the tracking number of the package to verify shipment once you have mailed the item to PO BOX 968, Columbus, TX 78934. Once we receive your item, and verify that all of the contents are present and undamaged, we will issue a refund minus the 25% restocking fee to the card you used at the time of purchase.
