We've converted his notes to a PDF format for you to download and use as a guideline to build this play structure or a similar playset on your own. These are not do-it-yourself plans, they are not perfect and they will not teach you how to build this playhouse, but they will offer a wealth of information on dimensions, wood list required, and general build information.
